What Church HQ Does

Church HQ keeps one record of your church: the people, their households, what they give, when they serve, who checks in on Sunday, and the messages you send them. Everything works from that one record, so a change in one place shows up everywhere.

This help center has one guide per task. Each guide is short, has the real screens in it, and says who can do it.

  • People is the heart of it: every person and household your church knows.
  • Lists are groups that keep themselves current, such as everyone who serves on a Sunday.
  • Giving records donations, online and offline, and produces giving statements.
  • Calendar holds your events and services, and the attendance you record.
  • Service Plans hold the running order and the songs for a service.
  • Volunteers are your teams, positions and schedules.
  • Check-In is Sunday morning for children, with name tags and pickup codes.
  • Forms collect information from people inside or outside your church.
  • Workflows do routine follow-up for you.
  • Messaging sends email and text messages through your church’s own accounts.
  • Dashboard and Reports show how things are going.
  • Administration is where settings, your team’s access, and billing live.
