Service Plans Settings
The Settings tab under Service Plans holds one thing: the SongSelect connection.
SongSelect
Section titled “SongSelect”SongSelect is CCLI’s song catalogue. Church HQ built a connection for it so churches could search CCLI and pull a song’s details straight into their library.
It cannot be used. CCLI closed the partner programme that connection needed, so there is no way for Church HQ to be authorised. The screen stays because the connection is built and ready if CCLI ever reopens it.
What to do instead
Section titled “What to do instead”Add songs to your library by hand, which takes a minute each and only happens once per song. See Add Songs to Your Song Library.
Keep recording your CCLI usage the way your church already does. Church HQ stores a song’s CCLI number with it, so the number is there when you report.
