Your Free Trial

Every new church gets 7 days free, on whichever plan it started on. A card is needed to begin, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

What you get during the trial

Everything on your plan, with no limits held back. Put your people in, run a Sunday, take a donation. The trial is only useful if you use it like the real thing.

Where to look

In the sidebar, choose Administration, then the Plans and Billing tab.

Current Plan shows your plan, your status, and the date your trial ends.

When the trial ends

Church HQ charges the card on file for your plan, and your church carries straight on.

• To change plan first, see Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan.
• To stop, cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. See Cancel, Close or Reactivate Your Church.
• If the payment fails, you have a few days to fix it. See When a Payment Fails.

Good to know

• Each church has its own trial. If you start a second church, it gets its own 7 days. See Start a New Church.
• Only Owners and Administrators see billing at all.
