Your Church Is On Hold
A church goes on hold when a payment has failed and the grace period has run out. It is not deletion, and nothing is lost.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Signing in takes Owners and Administrators to a single screen about billing, instead of the app. Everyone else cannot get in.
What you can still do
Section titled “What you can still do”- Pay, which is the point of the screen.
- Export your data. Owners and Administrators keep that from day one, so your church’s records are never held hostage.
- Sign out, and switch to another church if you belong to one.
Coming back
Section titled “Coming back”Update the card and pay. Your church returns immediately, with everything exactly as it was: people, giving, events, volunteers, messages, all of it.
If nothing is paid
Section titled “If nothing is paid”A church that stays on hold is eventually closed, and closure starts its own clock before anything is deleted for good. Export your data if you are stopping deliberately. See Cancel, Close or Reactivate Your Church.
